Random Brothers is an Indonesian electronic music group formed by Nara Anindyaguna and Randy Danistha. The two brothers joined forces based on their strong taste in music and irreversible soul connection. Their distinctive genre in music is sparked by the stellar sound combination of analog synthesizers and modern technology.

Random Brothers became their medium to experiment with music, science, and technology, blending pop with electronic borders while revealing their artisans’ sense of pop culture and dark techno music.

Their artistry in sound design constantly shifts between the physical and virtual space, devoting their passion to live performances, exhibitions, and the groundbreaking world of NFT.

In this episode on Extended Asia Vol. 3, “Discovery,” They have a work entitled Bacöt in collaboration with Patrick Hartono. Bacöt was born in resentment towards Man’s false promises and empty commitments and through anger and desperation. These collaborations created this piece to symbolize our collective anxiety about being trapped in such an unfair and unjust society.
