coune is a digital artist and technologist based in Bandung, Indonesia. Member of multidisciplinary collective NWCN, whose work consists of digital art, Audio Visuals, and Installation. coune began the journey in a small town in France, where coune got an art education at university and did the very first exhibition curated by Amanda Ariawan. The exhibition title was The Proof of My Existence, an audio-visual installation that paved the way for coune’s further works.

Besides the installation works, coune also makes mixtape and produce music ( a lot of it is unreleased and played at party/performance only or became part of the installation ). One of coune’s recent music works on a compilation called Second Wave was released in 2021.

Often found “behind the scene” works as a programmer on several of Bagus Padega’s works for His permanent installation. Also, the world developer of the VR rave party Klub Kidul on VRchat, Programmer at Festival relics collective for PILED 1.0.0.1, has been shown at ICAD 2021 and many more.


On Extended Asia, 2022 – Vol. 3: Discovery, coune created an A/V work with the title SPARKS.

Sparking a lot of things, “discovery is an exciting word. Generated visuals from audio pieces mimic the feeling of euphoria when we discover something. It could be love, could be fear. It could progress or could be a failure. It could be an answer or could be a question. There’s always something around the corner.
