Taufiqurrahman “Kifu” (b.september, 1994) is an interdisciplinary artist. He uses various mediums such as drawing, video & performance art in his artistic practice. In 2016 he co-founded Forum Sudutpandang, a collective of artists & media practitioners based in Palu that focuses on reproducing knowledge about the city they live. Now he is also actively working in the MUTUALS group, that focus on discussing city phenomenon through art experiments.


On Extended Asia, 2022 – Vol. 3: Discovery, Kifu created an A/V work titled 31 Minutes Drawing. In this work, Kifu moves while continuously recording the landscape in front of him using a cellphone, considering the distance, focus, and camera exposure. He recorded this video in the forest area of the city of Palu, an area that has not yet built infrastructure.
